LVE's 4- Step Screening Process

Track highly talented candidates

Our consultants and research staff speak to hundreds of professionals each week, getting referrals and identifying potential candidates, which is stored in a database. When your firm's requirements match their expertise, we discuss the opportunity with them. Our identification and tracking procedures provide you with excellent candidates quickly.

Match goals and personality to the job

Our staff is trained in the latest interview techniques. Through carefully applied methodologies, we assess overall professional strengths and weaknesses to find people who best fit your company. We evaluate their motivation, analyse their key achievements, identify any problem areas and explore their future goals. We also screen for required team and/ or leadership skills.

Measure technical knowledge

We asses their knowledge in the appropriate subjects including technical project management, specific industry applications etc. Relative foreign language ability is also measured.

Verify Candidates background

LVE tends to forward only the most credible candidates. Extensive background reference checks as well as resume and educational verification may begin either before short listing or upon offer, depending on client requirements.When required, we utilize outside investigative services to conduct an extensive background check for candidates.
